Republican supermajority fails to pass HB 1373 to provide equal protection in North Dakota (2025)
On FEBRUARY 12, 2025, lawmakers in the North Dakota House of Representatives voted against House Bill 1373, the North Dakota Prenatal Equal Protection Act, thereby keeping abortion legal in the state.
